How do you break up with someone who is avoiding you?

I've dated the same guy for about a year and a half now and When I try and talk to him he either avoids my call or yells at me. I've decided to break up with him but he won't take my calls and he just moved and I don't know his new address. He lives about 3 hours away from me.How do you break up with someone who is avoiding you?
Send him a text or an e-mail or aim him. If he doesn't respond then at least he knows it's over. But it kinda sound like its over already.How do you break up with someone who is avoiding you?
What do you mean you decided to break up with him, sounds to me like either the two of you were never really an item or that he broke up with you long ago and you're still hanging on. Did you not understand whatever it was when he said enough was enough? Sure he's avoiding you, he doesn't want yo around, so stop insisting. It's a good thing you don't know his new address or you'd be considered a stalker.
If you want to break up with him so bad why do you keep trying to contact him? Just start meeting new people cause he's avoiding you on purpose and he obviously thinks that your not in a relationship.
Call him one last time and leave him a voicemail. It sounds like he wants it to be over by the way he is acting. Maybe he has already moved on.
Email him or send him a long voice message explaining how you feel.
