How do you break up with someone?

I'm not in an relationship right now but when i am i want to know how to do it. I have gone out with guys before but either i got my friends to break up with him for me or he broke up with me but want to learn how to do it myself SO HELPHow do you break up with someone?
You tell them to their face its not working out. Getting friends to do it, emails, to texts is not the way to go.How do you break up with someone?
Just be mature and tell them why you feel the need to break up with them. So practice what you have to say and then have the guts to say it. Sounds like you need to be more confident.
