How to break up with someone?

I've been with him for over a year %26amp; I'm starting to want to see other people. I still love him but I know it won't last forever, why waste my time?





It's too hard to simply dump him though, he's so sensitive and manipulates me without realizing it. %26amp; We've been together for so long.

Be gentle with him, but be straight-foward. You def don't want to send him mixed signles. Tell him you love him, but you just want to see other people. Maybe, he has had similar thoughts before. Allow him time to discuss it with you, to share feelings. I think he will understand.
