How do you break up with someone?

My boyfriend and I have been going out for like 4 months but he is really immature and I just don't have time for that on top of my normal life. What is the best way to break up with someone nicely? We are already a little distanced so it won't be that much of a surprise.How do you break up with someone?

well i think you should tell him that you need to have a serious talk with him about your relationship. and then just tell him that you think he is very immature and if he wants to stay with you then he needs to try and be more mature because you dont have time for that in your life away for him..thats what i would do if i was you and then if he doesnt stop being immature then be like i gave you a chance to stop being immature and apperently you dont like me enough to try this one thing for me..so its over im sorry and we can still be friends if thats ok with you (and if you want to be friends with him)
Dude...i would just write a note or something and give it to him or just call on the phone and tell him nicely.
Just be honest with him. You want to concentrate other things like school or whatever.
